At DUBAI CHOC, We aim to offer a smooth and hassle-free return and refund process. If you are not satisfied with your order, this policy provides the guidelines for returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • The return request must be within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Non-eligible Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team to notify them of your return request.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) to return, and the reason.
  3. Our team will guide you and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  4. Package the item(s) carefully with original packaging and label it with the RMA number.
  5. Ship the items using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the return:

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If the item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds for Gift Orders
If you received a gift and want to return it for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we will cancel and refund the amount. If already shipped, follow the return process.
